In our young kids class ages 2-6 we focusing on teaching the young ones positions and controlling the positions. They will be taught Takedowns, Takedown Defense, All ground Positions, and how to control and maintain the position. We will also teach upper body submissions but only certain ones as we want our kids to learn and be safe. This class is great for building self-confidence and protection against bullying at an early age as it will also help to teach kids to not bully.
In our big kids class ages 7-13 we teach everything from the young kids class but now we are adding more submissions to there game. We still focus on gettting and maintaining positions but now add the submissions to the positions. They learn more takedowns, more takedown defenses, and submissions from all the positions. This class is great for building self-confidence and protection against bullying at an early age as it will also help to teach kids to not bully.
This class we focus on jiu jitsu whether you want to compete, learn, or just get a good workout in while learning to defend yourself. We also do no gi classes which is without the gi for more street application of moves. We focus on all positions and submissions focusing on basics first then leading into the advance techniques. There is live sparring at the end of every class!
This class is the same as self-defense class but for Women Only. This class is to teach more self-defense from standing. In this class we teach striking, kicking, self-defense situations, ground striking, and also blocking strikes, blocking kicks, blocking ground strikes, and controlling ground positions. This class is also good for cardio workout. This class is focus on technique and not so much on the sparring aspect.
